Today's lovely bouquet is one of my designs called Checkered Jardiniere. This rug is hooked by Betty Mix from Missouri. Betty used proddy on the purple flowers, and the berries on the stem were sculpted with roving. She also used beading around the border. My favorite part of this rug is the wonderful blue urn.

Love the rug, Kris!! You've taken on quite the challenge..but you can do it!! How fun it will be to see what rug you have posted each day...this is like the "Julie and Julia" for rughookers!!
